1. App Data

Triad stores your reflections locally on your device using Apple’s secure storage system. If iCloud backup is enabled on your iPhone, your entries may also be backed up automatically via iCloud. This is managed by Apple, not Triad. We do not have access to your iCloud data. We use Mixpanel (product analytics) to better understand app usage and improve our services. No personal reflections or content you write in the app are ever stored or analyzed. Only technical and behavioral events (e.g., app opened, subscription started, language setting) are tracked anonymously. Your privacy and the confidentiality of your reflections remain fully protected.

2. Purchases

Triad does not require a separate account or Sign in with Apple. Subscription purchases are processed through your Apple Account by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify and manage subscription status. RevenueCat processes purchase-related data in accordance with its privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

3. Website

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to better understand how visitors use the site. All data is collected in anonymized form. No personal information is stored or processed.
