Terms of Service

1. Purpose

Triad is a minimalist reflection tool to support your personal development. It is not a medical product or therapeutic device.

2. Usage

You may use Triad on a compatible personal Apple device. Triad does not require a separate account or Sign in with Apple. Your use must comply with applicable law and App Store terms.

3. Subscriptions

New users can complete up to ten reflections without a subscription. There is no time-limited free trial. An active paid subscription is required to start the eleventh reflection and any subsequent reflections.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing period until canceled. The current price, currency, billing period, and renewal terms shown in the App Store and on the purchase screen at the time of confirmation apply.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. To prevent renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, access remains available until that period ends. You can then continue to navigate Triad and read existing journal entries, but starting a new reflection requires an active subscription once the ten free reflections have been used.

Purchases and billing are processed by Apple. We do not store or process your payment details.

4. Liability

We do our best to keep Triad safe and functional. However, we are not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages. Use Triad at your own discretion.
